I am very happy with the product for my daughter.
The hardness is firm 7/10 but not too hard. This is what I was looking for and it was difficult to make an opinion. The cover is very nice and allows a very slightly soft welcome.
I don't see the point of the AleoVera through the sheet, the sheets and the sleeping bag.
The site sells the cotton sheet, very satisfied too.
I contacted the customer service who responded very quickly (even on a Friday afternoon!) for the conditions of first use that are not on the object.
