Review for "COCOLATEX® children's mattress"

After buying the same model for baby we wanted to continue with the same model. Very comfortable and high quality of its composition.

Second mattress of the brand is the top. Thank you to the SAV very fast and very efficient.

We bought this mattress for our 10 month old that we decided to put in a floor bed. The quality is quite remarkable, the comfort is incredible. My little one sleeps very well on it and I have to fight not to fall asleep when I come to nurse him...! The delivery service was correct even if the delivery was not made in the time slot indicated. It's a pity that the delivery is made at the foot of the building, especially for a package of this size...

2nd coco latex mattress (which is growing with my son!): we are still as satisfied.

The only problem was the delivery. It turns out that when you make the purchase indicate free delivery from 39 € which makes you assume that the delivery is in "your home". It had never happened to me that in the delivery of a heavy product and of certain dimensions, the delivery was made at the door of the building. It seems to me a lack of consideration and an indirect deception (because indeed in the small print it does indicate it). It makes me sad that the purchase of a product makes me angry. When the carrier arrived I was with my 1 year old baby asleep, and I live in a fifth floor apartment. Thanks to the consideration of the carrier who kindly took it up to me but it was him and not you who solved the problem. If he hadn't brought it up, I would have sent it back to you. The mattress is fine but this incident will mean that if you don't change this policy I won't buy from your store anymore. Thank you
