Review for "COCOLATEX® children's mattress"

I did a lot of research to find a good quality, comfortable mattress for my child, free of all chemical substances. I found what I was looking for at Kadolis. This mattress has 2 sides to suit children from 3 years and up to 8 years of age. Fully removable, the seat is soft and comfortable, but the mattress retains the firmness recommended for a 3-year-old. The packaging is very neat, and there's no chemical odor when you open the product, even though it's hermetically sealed. Top-notch customer service that's easy to reach. Fast, careful delivery in less than 1 week. The value for money is highly competitive with the competition if you're looking for products that are good for your health and the environment. I will buy from you with my eyes closed.

I ordered a made-to-measure mattress and before paying for it I contacted customer service by chat to tell them that when I added the product to the basket there was another size that wasn't the one I wanted. The person who took care of me gave me the wrong information, telling me it was by default. So I put an end to my purchase. When I got home after ordering my bed. Surprise! It was the perfect mattress BUT in a different size. I reported my problem and the only solution was to order another one and send it back. In the end, I had to exchange the bed (again paying another shipping fee) and keep the mattress. In that sense, I was disappointed. The mattress is wonderful. But the communication service was terrible.
