    How to use lavender?

You can also put a drop of lavender essential oil on a handkerchief and slip it under your pillow to benefit from its soothing effects throughout the night.when you wash your sheets, replace your fabric softener with a few drops of lavender essential oil, you will get bed linen with a relaxing scent.

    You can make small sachets filled with lavender flowers (or buy them in specialized stores), then place them in your bedroom. For toddlers, hang the lavender sachet securely on the bars of the bed so that baby cannot reach it.you can also place these small scented sachets in your closet or in your dressing room. The lavender flowers delicately scent and repel moths.

    There are also lavender pillow mists to spray on your pillow but be sure to choose them from an organic store and use them sparingly.

    Lavender can also be used in the form of infusions, lavender tea can also be combined with other soothing plants such as valerian and lemon balm, an excellent mixture to drink one to two hours before going to bed, under a lavender-scented plaid.
