Overall I recommend Kadolis products: pillow, comforter etc. However, the delivery company refused to deliver the mattress to my home and left it on the first floor. I had to receive alone a package of 1m80 and 30Kg. I would have liked to have been warned in advance so that I could have asked for help.

The mattress is great, it's the 4th mattress I've bought from kadolis (the whole family sleeps on coco latex). However, the delivery should have an option to be ticked to allow delivery in the apartment. The mattresses are extremely heavy and if you are alone to receive the package it is extremely difficult to carry the mattress on a few floors ...
