Mattress perfectly conforms to expectations, I'm really satisfied, excellent materials! It arrived unrolled, so already in its correct shape, scented and ready to use. Packed in cardboard, not plastic! Excellent and useful transparent bag to contain the mattress also for future use in transport. Having ordered the mattress in August, I obviously had a few delays, but this allowed me to test Kadolis customer service and I have to say that the efficiency and kindness shown during a real-time chat were great, which is not at all obvious these days, so very good Staff!
