I did not receive the mattresses despite my payment. So my opinion is very unfavorable

answer:

Hello and thank you for your order. You have indeed placed an order for 2 custom-made mattresses on 30/01 for delivery in Switzerland and we thank you for that. However, the time of custom-made being about one month as well as a delivery in Switzerland, we indicated you a delivery between 09 and 10 February. I see from your delivery tracking that your order passed through customs yesterday, so the carrier will contact you shortly to make an appointment.

The mattress is in accordance with my expectations, the delivery was done on time and quickly. I don't use it yet because baby hasn't arrived yet, so I'll have to wait and see, but I'm pretty confident that the quality is good.
