It's our second Kadolis mattress. My extended family have been using other coconut or coconut-natural latex mattresses for over 15 years.

I discovered Kadolis brand looking for more local producer with my second son, bought it for his crib 2 years ago through Amazon and delivery service was remarkable. Now ordered this mattress to transition my firstborn to big bro's bed, and delivery process was a nightmare. I felt unheard, discriminated at moments (I'm an expat) due to differences of language, delay of delivery for a week and failed promised deliveries meanwhile.

We bought 1 mattress for now, as we wanted to test the quality of larger size mattress, we know crib size is fantastic. I was eager to get 2 adult mattresses for us later too, however the exhausting delivery process has made me hold on breaks for now. A good mattress is big enough investment to feel so frustrated with delivery.

Please, Kadolis, improve delivery service. Otherwise great quality product.

We had taken the Coco-latex baby mattress which we were delighted with. Naturally, we decided on the same mattress in a larger size to accompany the nights of our growing child.

The company (heppner which subcontracts with Dina Logistics) was supposed to deliver yesterday, but did not do it and did not warn me... People take time off work, block a day on the spot because they cannot even estimate if it will be in the morning or in the afternoon. Maybe you should review your staff in terms of delivery because there are a lot of negative comments on this subject...
