Excellent mattress. Comfortable and durable. No smell when unpacked. We bought it in a child size and my son was very happy with it, so we bought it in a large size for his new bed. Delivery was impeccable, the mattress was well packed in a solid box. The only drawback is that if you need one, it's heavy, but we don't move it often!

We had the mattress for the cradle, then that of the baby bed and now we pass to the child bed... I recommend the mattress coconut latex my son makes his nights with since his birth. Fast delivery and well protected. Advisors at the top. Thank you for this quality mattress

I ordered a custom made mattress at the beginning of November and the delivery date was planned for mid December. The parcel was sent on 10/12, since then I have had no news, apparently the mattress turned around on its own on the way. The customer service department does not reply by email. The customer service department on the phone promises to call back within the day but does not do so. Unacceptable and shameful for a mattress that I could have had for half the price elsewhere. I took a custom made mattress from you and I regret it.

Ordered mattress with cover on the 29th Nov., and we waited, even though on the site there was stock and would arrive in the first week of December. On 7th Dec, only got an email saying product is in transit. I wrote to customer service 14th Dec, no reply.. still waiting. Disappointed to say the least so far with the lack of customer service.

Very nice and comfortable mattress with good finishing. It's a little heavy but worth it :-)
