Meeting our expectations

Comfortable and quality mattress. No surprise as we already had the same model but the size smaller for our daughter. Delivery on time and careful. Nothing to complain about

Good mattress but lousy delivery service

The mattress is confirmed in every respect, and the second one for our little girl. But you absolutely must change delivery service (in Belgium anyway), Heppner has no sense of customer service. They only called us for a delivery appointment after a reminder from Kadolis, even though their website had been showing for 5 days that they had already called us. What's more, it was impossible to get a more precise time slot from them than between 8am and 6pm unless we paid extra. And when we asked them not to come between 1pm and 2pm, they rejected our request. Finally, the delivery driver left the mattress at the foot of the building, refusing to put it in the elevator 3 m away. In short, we won't be ordering again as long as it's delivered by Heppner.

Hello, I'm really sorry about this problem. As indicated in our terms and conditions, export deliveries are made by the day. Unfortunately, our service providers are not qualified to take packages upstairs either, which is why we specify when you validate your order that you need 2 people to take delivery. Our site offers these services in France, but unfortunately not yet for export.
We are working to improve these services and perhaps offer them on our site. I remain available if needed, Florence, Kadolis
