The mattress is confirmed in every respect, and the second one for our little girl. But you absolutely must change delivery service (in Belgium anyway), Heppner has no sense of customer service. They only called us for a delivery appointment after a reminder from Kadolis, even though their website had been showing for 5 days that they had already called us. What's more, it was impossible to get a more precise time slot from them than between 8am and 6pm unless we paid extra. And when we asked them not to come between 1pm and 2pm, they rejected our request. Finally, the delivery driver left the mattress at the foot of the building, refusing to put it in the elevator 3 m away. In short, we won't be ordering again as long as it's delivered by Heppner.

My 6 year old daughter had her Kadolis mattress burnt, for a few days she slept on another mattress and even from the height of her 6 years asked us when we were going to receive her new Kadolis mattress because she really sleeps better on it!

This is the 2nd mattress we've bought. They are really, really good!

I am very happy with the purchase of this mattress. Fast delivery, product as described, comfortable and well made.
