RETURN PACKAGE
Declare your return in your «Make a return» space. It's very simple! Select the item(s) to be returned, indicate the reason for the return and validate. All that remains is to prepare your return package.

RETURN AN ITEM
Leave the package in a post office or in your mailbox. The shipping costs are covered by Kadolis in France, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. Remember to keep the stamped receipt at the post office.
RETURN PROCESSING
We will refund you within 14 days, on the payment method you used. It may take up to 10 days to appear on your account statement. In the case of a private sale, no exchange, but we offer a refund or a voucher valid for 1 year on the entire site. Custom-made mattresses are not taken back, exchanged or refunded.
REPAYMENT CONDITION
The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, packed in a cardboard box, and within 30 days. A non-conforming return will generate a reconditioning fee that will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
